Yes — rutin is free forever with no credit card required. The free plan includes unlimited routines, water intake tracking, sleep tracker, and gamified alarm. Premium features like Pomodoro, breathing exercises, analytics, period tracker, and soundscapes require a subscription.

When you start a Premium subscription you get 7 days completely free — no charge. If you cancel before day 8, you will not be billed. Your trial is managed entirely through your Apple ID, so there are no surprise charges.

After cancelling, you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
If you reinstall rutin or switch to a new iPhone, open the app and go to Settings → Subscription inside rutin, then tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
Your data stays on your device — full stop. rutin does not upload your habits, sleep logs, cycle data, or any personal information to external servers. There are zero ads and zero data selling. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Everything in rutin works without an internet connection — logging routines, playing soundscapes, running the Pomodoro timer, and tracking sleep. No Wi-Fi needed.
rutin is available on iPhone running iOS 17 or later. An Android version is not currently planned.
