These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the rutin iOS application ("App") provided by rutin ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By creating an account or using rutin, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
rutin is a personal productivity and habit-tracking application available on iOS. The App helps you create and track daily routines, log health-related data (water intake, sleep, period cycles), use focus timers, and access mindfulness soundscapes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
rutin offers a free tier with access to core routine tracking features. No payment is required to use the free tier.
New users may access the full premium feature set free of charge for 7 days. No charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds directly, as we do not handle payment information.
You agree to use rutin only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
rutin and all associated content — including the App design, graphics, text, code, soundscapes, and trademarks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your content (routines you create, notes you write) remains yours. By using the App, you acknowledge that this content is stored locally on your device and not transmitted to or owned by us.
rutin is a wellness and productivity tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider.
Your use of rutin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rutin and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.
rutin integrates with Apple's App Store and StoreKit for purchases and subscription management. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Since your data is stored locally on your device, deletion of the App removes your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance. For material changes, we will provide notice through an in-app notification or our website.
